The LOVE & RESPECT CONFERENCE for us was a fun weekend as Dr. Emerson Eggerichs delivered a simple message about Love and Respect.  It is about the way men and Woman behaves towards each other.  A woman has one driving need: to feel loved.  A man has one driving need: to feel respected.  When either of these needs aren't met, things can spin into a crazy cycle.  The "Love & Respect" conference reveals why spouses react negatively toward each other and how we couples can have fun, communicate ,and you can deal with conflict in a healthy way.  if you can ever find this conference you should go.
